Tips to Get You Started and to help you to Stay on Track

When we begin our Mindfulness training, we quickly realise that energy follows focus. We find that our mind wants to anything but sit on that cushion.

Well, it might for a while, but the mind can seem to get worse not better… and we find there is so much to DO! There’s no TIME to sit on a cushion doing nothing!

We realise this mindfulness malarky can be tough going, and especially when we first start, we could do with some extra support, and so this month we have put together a calendar to help you start and maintain your practice.

Each day a prompt will give you a gentle nudge in the right direction.

Don’t forget too, that each weekday, Monday to Friday we hold regular online guided Mindfulness meditation at 10.30am-11am and at 7pm – 8pm.

It’s informal and relaxed, you can bring a cup of tea, and there’s no need to sign up to anything. You will be most welcome to join us and we’d love to see you there. You’ll find the link below and on our home page.
