Personally I’m all in favour of memories as they are a good measure of where I’ve been in my life until now. My passion is Bach – particularly the St Matthew – I find it so uplifting. Anyway, I love your blogs and look forward to reading them every thursday.

Funny thing, music. I was reflecting on this the other morning as I was showering and getting ready to my Get Up and Go playlist … As a teenager and into my 20’s (30’a even)!, I craved the ‘lost love’ songs – the tear jerkers although my first record bought for me by my Dad for my 10th birthday was much more up beat (I Wanna Hold Your Hand). These days, I’m aware that I most enjoy listening to music when I’m settled in my mind and I’ll sing along or just listen to the words. When I’m not so settled, I rarely play music. Interesting …
