However I am finding that it works better for me in a different tense. (Ironically, this is the present continuous) It goes like this:-

Letting go of what has passed
Letting go of what is to come
Letting go of what is happening now
Not trying to figure anything out
Not trying to make anything happen
Relaxing, right now and resting
